By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you connect a third-party account, you also authorize us to process the information that account makes available according to the permissions you approve.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account information: name, email address, authentication information, workspace details, and preferences.
• Connected business data: information you authorize us to access from advertising and commerce platforms, including account identifiers, campaign performance, products, inventory, orders, and sales metrics.
• Content you provide: prompts, messages, files, report inputs, feedback, and support communications.
• Usage data: interactions with the Services, device and browser information, IP address, diagnostic events, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

We do not intentionally collect your passwords for connected platforms. Authorization is handled through the platform’s authorization process and our integration provider.

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Services.
• Synchronize connected accounts and produce dashboards, reports, forecasts, and AI-assisted insights.
• Answer requests, provide support, and communicate service notices.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product usability.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

We do not sell connected-platform data. We do not use data from connected advertising accounts to advertise to you or build advertising profiles unrelated to the Services.

When you connect Meta products, we may receive the Facebook or Meta account, Page, Business, and advertising information made available by the permissions you approve. This may include ad account identifiers and names, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance or insights data.

We use this information only to connect the selected account, display advertising analytics, generate reports and insights you request, and support related product features. You can revoke access at any time from theSalez connection settings or from your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings.

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, comply with law, or complete a transaction involving the business. Recipients may include:

• Infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, customer support, and AI service providers working on our behalf.
• Composio, which helps broker authorized connections and requests to supported commerce and advertising platforms.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where required to protect rights, safety, and legal interests.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers may process information only to deliver their contracted services to us and are expected to protect it.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it was collected, contractual requirements, security needs, and applicable law.

Disconnecting an integration stops new synchronization but may not immediately remove previously generated reports or records. To request deletion of your account or connected-platform data, email insights@velora-ai.com. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity and authority over the account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can manage connected accounts within the Services and revoke provider authorization from the relevant provider’s security settings. To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the details below. We will respond according to applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account or a connected integration has been compromised.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.

The Services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
